Kanye's Mom's Surgeon Has History Of Malpractice

RapCentral have learned that the doctor who performed the cosmetic surgery on Kanye West's mother has been in trouble before. Documents that we have obtained, which we have quoted below, show that Dr. Jan Adams had a disciplinary action filed against him earlier this year. It also shows that Dr Adams paid close to $500,000 in malpractice judgments against him.
